Not much like that at all here in Kentucky. I would go postal if i had to deal with such stupidity from the local dot or who it is that you guys have to deal with about inspections and smog.
Imo - all the stuck up assholes have no reason to give a damn about anyones car unless it is causing a safety issue or public hazard. To much government control as it is..... Just my 2¢
