actually it's the how to from mr lin i just followed.. remember that the primer and the clearcoat are the most important coating and a lot of sanding...

here the 1st finish product w/ clearcoat and everything.... looks badass... it'll going to take me awhile to finish all four

so they;re like black? i liked the color more when they were thing color. (unless its just the angle)

it's just an angle.. i just finished buffing it and it shine like a champ.. i want it just flat black just like the picture but one rock will f**ked it up so it need a clearcoat for protection.. i guess that's what i'll going to look like.. i like what it turns out... bling bling

did you put something on the curb or just paint so you cant see it as well? i have some curbed to crap rims and wanna clean them up...

I'm not a fan of black rims that have no lip, but hey it's good you're putting some quality work into it. :thumbs up

yeah i put some of the bondo spot putty then sand it w/ 320 grit sand paper.. thanks for everyones reply

materials..

duplicolor low gloss black engine paint
duplicolor engine clearcoat
duplicolor filler primer
3m 320,400,600,800 grit sand paper
degreaser from subway( i ask for some because their s**t is the best...) ps.. i work there!!!
automotive paper towels
cotton cloths
3m rubbing compound
i think tha's pretty much it..

about a week or so.. i still need to install the balljoint on the front and the rear camber kit to fix my camber because my last tire was f**ked up inside... i just want to make sure the rims will have a protection from road debris and other s**t like that.. i'll be running soon ...be patient... :D

after 3 days of work.. heres the final product..sorry it still dirty and i havent buff it.. and clean it.. i think it need more clearcoat but what the hell... here it is.. black is so hard to keep clean....

yeah i know but it need protection from road debris..i spend a lot of time i don't want it to get f**ke up.. it think functionality better than looks.. i just like it to look black.. thanks for the comment bro
