Inner tie rod needs replacing - Is it safe to drive?

And another snow storm is expected so there's no way I'm getting under there to crimp that washer anytime soon. Am I at jeopardy?

Also forgot to mention the new inner tie rod came with a blue-ish looking residue on the threads. Not sure if that's loctite?

the bluish stuff on the thread is blue loctite
