A couple questions:

1) im planning on getting the double din block off - a) does anyone have one fs? b) do you guys agree with getting this? or doing something else?

2) if the double din block off is a yes, where should I relocate the turbo timer to? If no, what should I put up top?

i thought you were selling your turbo kit? how can you not have a sound system? thats a must in any car, for me anyway

he has a sound system as far as i can see..his deck is just relocated by the cup holders..but as for the question..i'd get the covers cuz if u just get one...its not like the turbo timer takes up the whole thing so it looks kinda empty..as for me .i think putting the turbo timer somewhere where no one can see it is better..i've known alot of people who've got theres stolen.i just dont to be a victim..or anione else in that matter..hope this helps

im not sure about anything on the car yet, the turbo kit is fairly likely though to be sold - either way, ill probably get the double din and relocate the turbo timer (where though?) or get rid of it if I sell the kit...

move the trubo timer infront of your cluster... either get a cf blcok off plate made, get an oem block off plate, or get a monitor ad or double din dvd lcd system

ok i have the double din also and here is what my plans were gonna be not sure if this will help you. i am relocating the radio to where the cup holder is at, in matter of fact i am doing away with the cup holder all together with, then i planned on building a block off plate using the same material that most car audio shops use, in that area instead of putting a triple gauge pod i plan on using the double din area for all the gauges, also you can cut an opening just big enough for the face plate of the turbo timer to stick out of, this is just my thought.

i think you should find an OEM navigation system from an ek4, then get a usdm brain for it. that would be sweet. unless ur more interested in dvd's n stuff like that, in which case an lcd would be cooler. i just like the oem navigation cuz it fits perfectly and what not.

yeah, i was really leaning toward a navagation system, though its fairly expensive. Why ek4 over ek9, will it fit the same? I'm not too knowledge about it...so inform me, haha.
