the JDM navigation system is from a completely different bezel so I dunno if the fitment would be right at all, I'd just get the oem or jdm oem block off and throw the turbo timer in the glove box and call it a day

actually, the ctr climate control / navi unit will bolt right in, physically, the air ducts, etc. The hardest part would be the wiring and as Long Grain said, to get a USDM brain for the navi unit.

My question is:

Its seems that the ek4 unit is alot cheaper than the ek9 unit, but they look exactly the same, so I wanna go with the ek4 unit, but can anyone confirm theyre the same?

this is what i had done with mine, the other two holes will be for air temp and NOS pressure, i have seen the NAV units for the civics and i have accually found one but i am unable to find any kind of paper work on them as far as installing and getting to work and also looking at the panel it looks to be different cause of the built in cd player, best bet would be to go with an aftermarket

there was no navigation unit for civics in america ever until the SI, correct me if im wrong. There fore there is no USDM brain..i have never heard of this working.

unless your talking about taking a brain from a newer car and putting it in..but wow what hassle all that wiring and s**t...just get a frigging block off plate lol..
