dude...tint your windows with some good tint like the 3M tint sheets....they reflect sunrays making the temp inside the car not get as hot saving your ac consumption. of couse you would have to get a decent tint like 35 or 5%

i hope the rubber your talking is the described in the manual as 'moldings' right?
ive dig up some shop here and ask for a qoatation in replacing all of these since most of it in the front are screwed up...even tried to save it buy using glue but it worsen the case...
you think 35% is enough? temp down here reaches bout 40 dec. celcius up...pretty hot indeed!
i have 35 in the front and 5% in the rear three....coupe for me.....google the laws for your state and see whats the lowest you can go....and dont worry about not being able to see at night....i see perfectly....its kinda like 1 way mirror....its hard to see inside but it doesnt affect looking to the outside much....but yeah my car is cooler with the tints
hahahah, 35 or 5, good luck with 5 on a civic. You may as well ask to get pulled over for illegal tint. Go 20% or 15 tops cops don't bother you bout that cuz it is the stock privacy tint on cars from the factory. I had 20% on my old civic and I wished it were a little darker at times, but it still kept way more heat out than my dynamatting did. I've done both so I know from experience. Have yet to tint the windows on the new civic, don't have the money right now. Good luck manAstheros said:

i have 20% all around, and it's nice...i used to have 20 on all the sides, and 5 in the rear...very nice.

nah man, if you get 30 you will feel like u wasted your money trust me. 30 is so light. 20 is just about right. You won't get hassled over 20, cops would hassle you if you went 10 or lower, but I had 20 on my old civic for a year before this crazy asian lady hit me and spun me around on the freeway totalling my baby. Legal here is 35 and I never got hassled once.mhi said:
