a lot of cutting and a lot of putting the bumper on, gettin under and looking where else needs to be cut. i did it like a month ago on my cousins 00 civc.
check out spollin performance heres the h-t link http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1473387 .. my friend got them from there.. im going to get them also soon. it usually goes for under 250 you have to check back once in awhile for specials. it clears fine with a precision intercooler.. only mod needed is a little bracket trimming. all the different piping i seen where people done 99-00 with fogs had to do some bracket trimming.
