i used duplicolor on my 240SX when i made the switch from blue to black interior. its a bad idea for kickplates and high traffic areas, but works VERY well on pillars and places you dont touch. lol. and RIT dye works really well on carpet and floormatts. we got the carpet in my brothers integra JET BLACK and it never wore down or smelled or anything. in fact, we are going to use the same method to die the carpet in his RSX. its cheaper too, you can dye a carpet for like $30 or go buy JDM s**t for like $500

i agree with paintin in the spots where they arent touched constantly, i got my hacth, nd decided to paint it bmw m3 gold, came out sick, but the interior was tan, so i took off the dash nd painted it flat black, then on the where the speedometer is painted it gold, looks sooo sick, i recomend it, i did my engine bay, strut bars, and all the caps, thats one of my favorite projects to do wit a car to be honest

remember to clean the areas you're painting VERY thoroughly, then sand, then primer, then paint.

Also remember multiple THIN coats. Your first coat shouldn't coat the entire thing. Build up to it with many many thin light layers. Then clear coat.
