Looking good:thumbup:
From the looks of it, your illumina setting is on 2 ?
I have mine on 5 and they're kinda bouncy. I haven't tried changing the setting yet. How do you like yours on 2 ?

Yeah it is. I'm still not used to it haha. Everytime I see my car I get excited but weirded out at the same time .

There we go! Finally modding!
Thanks .

I have it on 2 in the front and 3 on the rear. I just changed it to 2/2 yesterday and it seemed better. I just put it on 3/3 today so we'll see how it does.

To be honest, I didn't cut the rear bumpstops that came on the Illuminas. It was like 8:30 at night and me and my buddy were just f**king exhausted and sick of the s**t so we just put them in. It rides okay but I'm worried they might go sooner. But the thing is, the bump stops in the rear uncut are pretty much the same size as the cut OEM ones in the front. I looked under the rear today and I have about 2-3 inches between the top of the shock body and the bottom of the rear bumpstops so I think I'm okay.

I read that it's better for the rears to be stiffer on Honda's...? Or did I read wrong?

Ride looks great in general man, keep up the good work.

It is great to hear that the sway bar really makes a difference, I have been thinking about doing that myself for quite some time now.

How hard was it to install?

I had mine on 5/5. Stiff as f**k. Today I changed them to 2/2 and it felt too soft IMO. Just now changed them to 3/3 and i'll see how that is.

Thanks man .

Sway bar installation was cake. And I'm a noob with cars. It took me like 30-45 minutes. Took me a bit longer than expected because the Skunk2 LCA's have holes built into them that are actually threaded so you have to "screw" the end links into whichever hole you pick. Problem is, the bolt on the end link kept spinning in the bushing without actually going in the hole so I had to use locking pliers so I got held up on that. Same thing when putting the nuts on the other end of the end link. Just kept spinning the bolt on the end link without getting the nut on any further.

It's definitely worth the money . Next year, I'm thinking about upgrading to the ASR brace + CTR 22MM bar . It handles very nice as is (Illuminas are on 3/3) but I'd like it to handle better ;).

:rolf:

I just need wheels! I want polished C8's (nine78guy's ride inspired me to get em). I'd do real wheels but my broke ass would never be able to afford them. I'd be paying that s**t off for like 6 months lol. Otherwise, I'd settle for OEM Si's or blades.

Looks good man. My Megan head is a permanent bronze color. You'll get used to it.
Jet Hot Coating has many finishes available to restore/coat headers. Im going to them for my turbo build and Ive checked them out already. Im doing my manifold and piping. Very good place with excellent products.

I think I'm gonna sell the lip. It scrapes like CRAZY when I take turns too fast. And my wheels hit the fender lining.

I'm definitely getting different springs now. This is WAY too low. Shocks are on 3/3 and it's pretty stiff and I still scrape (both lip and wheels). My mud guards occasionally hit too.

Damnit :(.

thats what I have, its pretty good. makes a whole new experience at the autox.

btw, the skunk2 lca's are threaded, I'm not sure why you had trouble unless you had the wrong bolts.

I was bugging skunk2 for months before they released that color for 6th gens. They even emailed me the day they'd be released so I could stop calling lol.

nice to hear about the Skunk2s, ill look into that...
But, with the thread at hand, the only thing i saw that stuck out was the pea shooter sticking out of the rear lip.
But  for the mods. I have tokico blues with 1.5 springs and they seem perfect for me... im thinking new seats cause i slide all over the backs of my OE seats.

Nice job tho !

Ha. Scraping = makes me wanna cry when I hear it. I think I'll downgrade to Pro-Kits. I wanna stay away from TEIN.

I know the Skunk2 are threaded. That's what I said ;). I just had trouble with the end links because the bolts in the bushing kept spinning without actually going into the LCA. I had to grab the bolt itself with locking pliers and turn them instead of turning them by just spinning the whole end link.

Yeah the OEM seats suck for 6th gen. I'd love to have Recaro's but can't justify spending that much for seats . I may settle for EP3's or something. And I am lookin to get a WS2 or a custom exhaust with RSX muffler or somethin... Workin on getting a swap first before spending money on bolt-ons though.

Forgot... Ordered Honda Access Door Visors tonight off JDMLand . Now I just need slight tint (I don't like dark tint, plus NYS got more strict about it), rear tow hook, wheels, possibly rear fog light, and I'm done with the exterior.

I'm thinking about getting the JDM trash box :rolf:. Only because I'm a messy f**k and I like to leave receipts, papers, etc. everywhere inside my car. A trash box would really come in handy .

quit being a f**kin girl, your car is on springs, its not even low.

stiffen up your shocks, take your fender liners out, scrape your lip some more, be proud of it.

this is what happens when you have a modified car.
