Also I think I want to cut the constant power wire to my parking lights and only have em blink. Hopefully it's not illegal though, don't know s**t about that s**t.

i dont see y it would be illegal...
most state laws say that u just must emit light from ur headlights. it doesnt say how much.

as long as u are emitting light u dont have to have marker lenses. plus u have sidemarkers right?

No I don't have sidemarkers. I thought about getting those a long time ago but both of my fenders are dented up so I figured it wasn't worth it. Plus I'd hate not cutting them in the same exact spot on both sides lol. It'd bother me, even if you couldn't tell, but just me knowing.
