What the hell is missing from it then? I mean I saw several listings for 5 grand too. Do they come with an intercooler, engine internals and better fuel manangement or something?

Hey man I have a b16a, obdo running the jrsc kit. When it runs, its fast and it runs 14.4 and under in the quarter in a stripped out 88 hatch back. The only reason it is as slow as it is, is because it hasent been tuned. It's not a straight bolt up no matter what people tell you. Running at 6 pounds we needed bigger injectors, walbro pump, vafc, and the map controller box. It has beat many turbo setups at the track. Just be careful we blew up the first b16 because of detonation, it was retarded by 8 degrees and was just running to lean.
I personally think a supercharger is just more fun. When foolin around with people on the streets, a supercharger has instant power, and no lag. Plus the JRSC is kinda hidden.....kinda sleeper style. Even with the price, you don't have to do much to the internals to handle the supercharger.
Am I right when I say that with a turbo it's HIGHLY recomended you upgrade the engine internals?
