ya that is tru........they put those engine in the japanese cars.......it flies just being stock
more like 92hp lol.. the D15 rates at 92hp.. i have the same one lol.. civic4g.com to see the specs.. thats nutz! 92hp.. todays minivans come with 200hp+ lol.. Im hopeing to be pushin 110hp after my mods... I love the 240SX thing is awesome but i love my 89 civic too... hmmmm lol
NZ tends to get everything from the twin-carb XT25s, Si and SiR - only the latter two are EFi. Mind you the JDM twin-carb 1500 is good for 105ps. From what I've seen, you guys take anything the Japanese are dumping - hell, you guys even import Commodores and Falcons from here 
Gotta admit I'm jealous - our import laws have been incredibly tight recently - possibly because the Aussie govt. doesn't want our motor industry to collapse like it did in NZ :p

We have S13s,14s and 15s here too as well as the 180SX and Pulsar GTiR AWD - and yeah, they tend to smoke most semi-standard VTEC powered cars. Having said that, I've seen all 3 SR20DET varients owned on the track by a well modded DC2.boi-alien said:

Ive been meaning to get a fukin 4th gen civic Hb shipped from Japan straight over here to have as my bababy..... and my current HB as a daily driven car... but im havin probs getting the US to approve the shippin Fukin america i hate except for the fact that u give me food stamps welfare wic... lol ... fukin america can love it or hate it
