I spoke with Ken, I'm ordering my manifold tomorrow. I have to see if they'll make me a V-band clamp downpipe.

BTW: I don't know if you looked into this, but did you ever consider the H23 manual tensioner conversion? I'm seeing alot of H22 guys running this for extra insurance when running more aggresive aftermarket cams that require more stress to turn.

yeah, the h23 manual tensioner is much stronger. i hope you are using it. if you need the parts list to convert your h22 one, lmk, i have it. itll cost about $200 from honda in parts..

I did that to my old h22 and its on my new h22 motor. The only downside is you have to check your tension every once in a while. I've heard of people running auto ones with boost but I switched for that extra insurance.

That PeakBoost manifold looks nice. Do you have a T3 or T4 exhaust flange? I was gonna get a PeakBoost manifold but ended up picking up a Nuekin one.

Yeah Phoenix Turbo. i spoke with Ken. They seem like they know what they're doing. I got all 3 ( mani, dp, dt ) for only $900.

Did you only pay $900 after shipping? I bought the manifold for $630 shipped and then they wanted $410 for the dumptube and downpipe w/o the flange. I'm buying without the flange because they only offer 4 bolt and mine is V-band.

I mean I know the manifold is really nice for that price but... maybe I didn't get as much of a deal as you did?

I called back to see how much the downpipe would be by itself without the flange... $296 shipped.
