Cheapest way I know of as far as tuning and ecu, get a chipped ecu. Something like a p28 with a chip and then take it somewhere to get it tuned. Make sure you know who is tuning your car. As many will tell you, "it's all in the tune". It really is. A proper tune can not only get the most power out of your setup, but it can also get you a very reliable and fun car whether your driving with partial throttle or full throttle. Get money to get it tuned asap. I would highly suggest not running this car past 3 or 4 k with a supercharger on it if it hasn't had any type of base map put on the ecu to account for boost.
