an fmu will be fine for a low boost setting on that sized turbo. im gonna be running a fmu too, untill i can afford uberdata (yeah i priced it out with tuning will cost somewhere in the 400-450 range). Youll be set, youll probably see somewhere around 180whp with that set up.

400 to 450? wtf are you smoking? Uberdata costs 85 bucks for the burner, 15 bucks worth of chips and resistors, and your off to the races.

My bro blew his up using no managemnt but a VAFC. He is now doing the hack, which is much better for low boost than the FMU. Trust me, if anything I would know what doesn't work.

Wow I didn't know a 19 year old had so much experience working on Hondas and boosted ones at that. For you information I worked as a Honda Tech for 2 1/2 years at Honda then I worked at a Honda performance shop for a year. We had a crx zc turbo non intercooled running 7 lbs on an Fmu and it had 45,000 MILES with no problems and it's still running,Don't think you're talking to a rookie

friend has a turbo d16 with stock internals, running 10psi on rhb5.....it HAD 130k on it when he started boosting and has put on about 30k and its still running fine.
500 for that??? all that is is a mani and a wastegate dump tube..which is a stupid idea to me
