Just replaced brakes but still scraping noise

So i just replaced my brakes on my 98 honda civic ex. It's on stands right now and when i start it and put it in gear, the right rotor spins and the left one don't, it locks up and dont want to move. Also sounds like metal is scraping, but i cant see any sign of it.
Any help would be awesome!!

Rotor may need to be replaced? They can warp and seize up over time.
