We unplugged the ecu and tried to crank it, this time it didn't blow the fuse. Does that mean the ecu is bad?

Well, it's running now. It turned out to be a faulty ecu. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

ive been reading that it can also be the o2 sensor creating a short. everyone and their mama says "oh it must be a bad wiring bro, check your wiring". easier said then done. my ecu fuse has blown 4 times in less then 24 hours. idk wtf to do. i got a type r swap and i know the ecu for this swap aint gonna be cheap...ugh...
