I love my honda like I love my ganja! Hahahahaha! This is sad, i dont see anything sporty about those numbers. Obviously its sporty cause its a Honda though, can't wait for the Type-R verizion with 150hp.
^Stupidest thing i have ever heard LMAO

The 2011 Honda CR-Z in JDM-spec will be powered by a 1.5L with 112 horsepower that is mated to a 14 hp electric motor for a total of 128 horsepower. The engine also puts out 107 lb-ft of torque with the electric motor contributing another 57 lb-ft. The engine is mated to either a six-speed manual or CVT transmission. The small hybrid is expected to reach 0-62 mph in 9.7 seconds.
Dam those are some pathetic ass numbers. Just sad.

I think that electric motor is more than 13hp i read that w/the electric motor it's about 188hp, which if you think about, could be pretty fun, since we all know honda's make power in higher RPM's Electric Assist will help it get there faster...

http://www.which.co.uk/news/2010/01/honda-cr-z-hybrid-coup-debuts-in-detroit-194347

The Honda CR-Z is a mild parallel hybrid sports car, meaning it uses both a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine and a 13bhp electric motor to power the front wheels. Their combined efforts produce 188bhp, which is the same power output as Honda’s larger capacity 1.8-litre petrol engine.

Sporty styling disguises the green credentials

Further, the Honda CR-Z produces 35g/km fewer emissions, with a CO2 figure of just 117g/km, and boasts a combined fuel consumption of 56.4mpg. However, previous experience in the mechanically similar Honda Insight makes the Which? Car test team think you won't quite match this in real-life driving.
