Little update on the hatch :D

[96 DX Hatch]

Got tired of seeing a broken-lookin' civic, so I changed some small stuff for now


Red/Orange are gay. Red/White are straight Also decided to replace my dented bumper

No more interior

Onto the front end.

Hood gaps still need some adjusting

Door/fender gaps look fine though

Welding the window regulator back to the stripped inner door panel

Window still doesn't roll up/down correctly



Finished gutting the interior

Now I just need a full day to install these bad boys!

Today/Tonight's plan =

- Vacuum the snail shells away from throttle body butterfly
- Hook ebay CAI all the way up
- Get new filter (old one rusted from 1yr of sitting and being rained on)
- Lower the front end
- Clean out all the dust & garbage from the interior

Just waiting to get my check so i can buy a front bumper, some 99/00 fogs again, and a 99/00 rad support since mine is all f**ked up.

today's update: it runs!!!

took off the gay black plastic piece around throttle body, vacuumed out the snail shells and rat s**t, changed out the battery, turned the key and she fired right up

1 year of sitting and no problems


now onto fixing window cranking problems...
pound in the pas. side door dent so it doesnt scrape new fender...
put top half of intake and new filter on...
clean out whats left of the interior...

I've been watching this over the year... you have gone this far... you might as well finish it... the car is inside your mind, you know what you want it to look like... give her the tlc and do her up. I would at least like to see ya finish her up. Good luck and hope to see more updates in the future.
