hey, on my turbo set up i used a junkyard volvo turbo and it was coolant cooled but i didnt hook them up because they are not really needed and everything is fine. it seems like you are real worried about it. most turbos dont use coolant because the oil cools it enough. if you do decide to hook them up; then this is how i did it(i took them off because the coolant lines wouldnt hook up with were i had the turbo clocked), no teeing required. The yellow line is where the stock hose went, i took that off and ran one to the coolant feed and then took the return and put it back into the intake manifold.

for the dsm install check this
http://www.homemadeturbo.com/tech_projects/dsm_injectors/index.html
i used a 1/2inch dremal and drilled out the stock seals and lubed them up with some oil so they slid in easily. make sure to lube the top o rings too because if they break you have to go buy them and its just a pain. got the dremal at ace.
You can get a thin radiator fan at advanced auto or auto zone. 60 bucks.

lol ive been looking into turbos for awhile....i know that if u hook up the coolant lines a turbo timer isnt needed so thats a plus....i would rather take it safe then be sry....and s**t i already have the lines for it so i man as well hook them up....thanks for showing me how though!

i thought the same way you did but when i clocked the turbo so the oil return was down one of the coolant lines wouldnt fit so i just said fuk it and took them off and it turned out ok. Most Garret, turbonetics, etc dont use coolant lines.

hmm...b18b1....i wouldnt push more than 250 on it....run around 10 psi on it and you should be good.....the civic....hmmm....i heard u can boost up to 7 psi with a FMU....although he does need new injectors...8psi hes prolly around 180-190hp......the stock fuel pump can handle what the stock internals can so i wouldnt worry about a fuel pump unless u upgraded ur internals....sure its better to have a walbro pump but if not it shouldnt hurt.....anyone want to correct me go ahead lol im going by from what ive read....

when you go to a tuner, they ask what HP you want to tune it to.

not what PSI.
like said before
10PSI on a T25 isnt the same as 10PSI on a T3/t4

i don't know if you should be giving advice on turbo setups, especially with some of the questions you asked earlier in the thread. and your and 8psi doesn't mean s**t. he could make 250whp on 8psi. its the volume of aire that a turbo can move. btw you said money isn't an issue, yet you got an hf mani, and ricer gauges. the mani is fine, but those ching chong meow gauges are known for not being accurate.
FMU=s**t. i'm surprised that dude's ahit hasn't exploded yet, but there are allways exceptions.
and b18's can handle 300whp all f**kin day, if tuned properly.

THANK YOU !!!!! thats what i heard about 300+hp on stock b18b1...... this is a tread i read a while back on Honda-tech.com

342hp/308tq Stock Ls Dyno
"20psi on ebay turbo, stock ls head never off, 93 octane, tuned with BRE, daily driven, getting it ready for IFO in oklahoma. Ran 11.5@121 at 16psi and baseline was 306hp/280tq at 17-18 psi.the turbo it just says "turbocharger type to4e" on the compressor housing haha...been beating on it daily at 15 psi since sometime in february and going to the track almost every week...it doesn't even have a restrictor on it since it was leaking on me so im kind of surprised its holding up so far. yeah the head and bottom end are bone stock...motors from a 94 ls"

I have a Garrett T3T4 57 trim for my set up i would be happy with 250hp.....
