hey, on my turbo set up i used a junkyard volvo turbo and it was coolant cooled but i didnt hook them up because they are not really needed and everything is fine. it seems like you are real worried about it. most turbos dont use coolant because the oil cools it enough. if you do decide to hook them up; then this is how i did it(i took them off because the coolant lines wouldnt hook up with were i had the turbo clocked), no teeing required. The yellow line is where the stock hose went, i took that off and ran one to the coolant feed and then took the return and put it back into the intake manifold.

i used a 1/2inch dremal and drilled out the stock seals and lubed them up with some oil so they slid in easily. make sure to lube the top o rings too because if they break you have to go buy them and its just a pain. got the dremal at ace.
You can get a thin radiator fan at advanced auto or auto zone. 60 bucks.
