hmmm what could be going here?

mmm ctr hotness

in - was a pain but its in. all mounting brackets were well not usable and it is angled the other direction for a rhd car. not hugely noticible n e how. the switches are in now as well, (step after this picture) had to do a lil work to get the jdm ones working as well with my usdm/cdm car.

so just need the cluster, and carpet. and doen the ctr interior... oh and of course dye my dash black
yes its auto - stop bitching, will be h22 or k series next season

also, installed a plate relocator as well as oem bumper plugs... not so much for the looks but more for fnction. for shoots / shows its 100x easier to remove the bumper.. looks alot better there too

you gave your car nipples, and did a P.I.T.A. isntall so that you could have a typeR emplem on your dash?
and i dont see any functionality with the plate relocation. could you elaborate on that?

I hate that dash bezel or whateva the word is. Oh and if you think a wheel, climate control dash trim and red carpet are all you need for a CTR replica interior....you have A LOT of research ahead of you...

I like the steering wheel.....BUT
I don't really care for the "type R" emblem on the dash......and that shift knob just dosen't look right... theres gota be a better looking auto knob then that...sorry just my 02.. but its ur car...so if u like it more props to you!! g'luck!!

That lip isnt anything "functional", neither is that spoiler on your wrx... do we rag on you for your appearence style? No.

The front license plate mount is a simple, clean, appearence mod that by far exceeds the looks of a spoiler

The only thing i see that needs to go is that monster tach on the dash.

Other then that i like what i can see of the car in these pics, its clean.

as for functionality - yes the plate relocator does have it. how can i eleborate more then needed? were u a civic owner or not? why cause it enables me to remove the plate with very little effort ie not taking off the bumper for shows, photoshoots etc... aain liek stated in first post. as for the nipples tey are functional as well - it hides the plate holes and are oem honda parts.

now for the dash. yes the carpet / clluster may not all be what i need. but i am very close to it. i know what i need and don't need haters trying to think they know eveyrthing not nec you either. am i close? yes, much closer then most here. i know what a ctr interior consists of, cause i didn't brake it down peice by peice dosn't mean i don't know it. climate controls, jdm cup holder assembly, front / rear recaos, ctr momo wheel, are the big things to get the interior done and what i have thus far. and yes thats a ctr dash... a 96-98 ctr dash... not the 99-00 for obvious reasons. functionality? not much realy, ww i lost the little holder thing big deal never used it. is it functional peice? no but i like it, and it ads to my plans for the interior... a full ctr interior. not so much that i did it for the emblem... but more for what it is... a ctr peice

Your car isnt really my style, but I applaud you for atleast having plans and following through with them..There are so many people who rag on people yet they havent done anything to their car since 2005.. I say Do what you do man, and f**k everyone else's opinion because at the end of the day, its your car and you have to drive it.

And I actually like the plate relocation especially if it has a purpose for being in that spot. If I was in a state that required a front plate, I would probably put it there too considering the stock position doesnt look right to me...

Nice on the plate relocator. Im going to pick one of those up now that I see it can go around the fogs.

I had decided not to get one because I thought it would block the right or left foglight. I really dont like my front plate being mounted where it is in the middle.

Even though I like some things on the CTR, I would prefer not to put badging on my car that does not properly represent what it is.

I also agree on the issue of hate. Just because someone doesn't like something you have does not mean they're "hating" or that they "hate on you".

There are other CTR dash options. Ones without the emblem on the dash.
