Summarized:
Progress CSII for track (not for going low or you'll blow them)
Koni/GC (can go low, is dependable, lifetime warranty)
AMR step up from Koni/GC.

everything else: ehhhhhhh maybe, maybe not.

EK Forever Guy (Libertariat) the writer of that thread, did mentioned he wished he started off with Koni/GC instead of progress, or AMR's.

other then the springs. your car loks like its off to a decent start. at some point get some good coilovers but for now just try to keep your shocks from blowing( avoid potholes)

There are tons of other good options. The only defense for not going another route is cost (which isn't set in stone)
