Do some research on those before you buy them I've heard nothing good about them everybody that i've talked to that has or had them said they are garbage.

Doesn't Neuspeeds sports have a lower spring rate then H&R sports?

I know the Integra Neuspeed sports have different spring rates than the H&R sports.

as far as i know they are the same thing, i heard h&r and neuspeed use the same springs... they are just refinished/ rebadged. i could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure.

Neuspeeds spring rates are softer then H&R's. I'm not a real big fan of Neuspeed cause I like a fairly firm ride and H&R's ride a little more firm.

eibach sportlines give you a pretty good drop (1.8 inches) and are pretty stiff. youll definately notice a great deal handling wise. also, when you install your springs i wouldnt cut the bumpstops.
