i want to respray the exterior, and get the engine bay painted also. im kind of on the fence about the interior. thinking maybe get from the back of the hatch to about the front of where the back seat would be. idk.

Since you already have it stripped that far I would just do the whole think. It will look better in the end.
Looks like a fun little project you have there. I would love to find a rolling shell and build it from the ground up

Good job on the pressure wash. Looking great so far and just glad to see a hatch saved and going to be well cared for. Im in the same boat as far as finding a hatch that needed love. Most of the interior stuff that i needed i found on craigslist. Takes time , but so worth it. Thanks for posting the pics that you do.

!!!havent done much lately. its been cold out and haven't had much motivation...
cleaned up a few things last saturday. worked on the coupe a bit too. took off the hks hi-power exhaust which may be for sale soon. im still kinda on the fence about it. also while i was under there took out my b&m short shifter just so it wouldn't have to go through another winter. its honestly nice having a quiet car and not reaching down to shift. its very comfortable now, no complaints. only thing left to take off the coupe is my agx's and s.tech springs. then it will be like 99.9% stock lol.
as for work on the hatch, pulled the side skirts and cleaned those then stored those away with the bumpers. also cleaned up the side moldings i pulled off 2 weeks ago. lol and thats about it. cleaned up the hks and that was it. i know i fail at working on teh hatch.
im planning on working on the motor a bit. received my awesome pistons from fellow member SleepingSol- who is an awesome dude and i can definatly vouch for him anytime. but got a set of BNIB SRP 9:1 comp pistons. totally baller!! just need to buy my rods and bearings and clean up the block a bit more then paint it... well see what happens though!
i just remembered i still need to post pics of all my turbo stuff!! maybe tomorrow ill snap some pics of everything.

yep still lazy as hell. having not much money to do anything sucks too.
but today started organizing stuff in the garage and cleaned up the work bench in the basement and moved some of the motor stuff down there. thats about it. damn still need to get pics of the turbo stuff...im failing horribly!

So where you at with this now? I wouldn't worry about the ebay IC for now. It'll work. as for the S200, you could sell it and use Chrome pro instead. It's free...You'll have a little extra money to use for something else...
haven't done much at all lately. ive been wanting to get my block cleaned up and figure out how and where to hone it. also i want to get my crank and stuff all checked out too. also i need to figure out which bearings to buy. oh yea still need to buy my rods too. lol. as for the s200, i doubt ill use it when it comes down to it, but i couldn't pass up the price of it at the time.
