true but right now im looking for reliability.. yes i know a turbo'd car isnt always gona be reliable but i want something to spool fast and stil be able to boost quite a bit when im ready to turn it up

whats the a/r to a t25?......i know my T3 is a .42/.48 and i think it would work perfect for 7-15 psi

honestly i think a t3 would be perfect. they can support a lot more power than a t25, and still spool relatively fast.

i get full 12 psi with my t3 and log mani by 3300

i'm running a .70 trim with a .63 cold side and a .84 exhaust.... on my b18b...running 7 psi's. the turbo is way too big for my motor... 1st gear i barely hit full spool... :( (redline is at 7000) but in all other gears its at 4500-5000 rpms... when i dynoed the car it had 210 whp at 6500. with about 185 tq at 5200. also its untuned. running the fmu right now. i have the vafc 2 w/ dsm 450's on the side. just need to pay off the ticket first then i'll be able to save up for tuning... gaol is for 250 whp atleast... also i think the maximun amount of boost you should run is about 9-10 with a stock d series... but i recommend you replacing the headgasket to a much stronger one like cometic. also change your head studs because around those boost levels it happens happen.

i think you need to invest in a chipped ecu and get a good tune. those hp numbers are a bit low

turbo GSR i tuned made 250whp at 7psi on a .60/.63 on a log mani and 2.5" DP. could have made even more, but we weer being extremely conservative because he was worried about being lean(he wanted low 11s AFR)

The .84a/r turbine is not helping...

Why not? An SR20 T25 has a .64a/r turbine.

...and speaking of T25's, I've got a real nice one with a polished compressor housing I'll sell ya. :D Its just too small for the H.
