memorial weekend?????

Bought an Ipod shuffle , install my skunk2 short shifter my knob is not in yet But I could not wait.. I feel so great.. I am a major ricer right now!! The shift knob that was on there was crap and I didnt want to scratch it. So until my new one is here I have my husbands sti knob on just sitting there.. I have some cloth up under it so no threads are touching and so it doesnt move around to much.

haha well on this site if its not JDM your a ricer... As far as the short shifter goes I hate them when they sitting really low. I am real short too which is why I got the skunk it does not sit that much shorter. The main difference is just the feel. Which I really like.. But I can see why some people wouldnt.

I think my dislike of short shifters goes back to when I first learned to drive on my moms chevy pick up.... you wanna talk about long throws, try driving a truck with a 5 speed ... so my civics never have really seemed that bad, and I'm damn quick with the clutch and shifter just like they are.... I don't drag race, and the short shifter doesn't make as big of a difference on road courses as they do for drag racing.
