looks a lil boxy to me since the rest of the car is like flat and smooth. and the hook imo looks like a trailer ball... its sticking out there all ugly like. but i guess if u like the look of a black hook sticking off the back of your car

no different as far as comfort goes.. i man it's a little firmer, but defintely an increase in handling, still on stock shocks an EX rear sway though... so can't expect TOO much out of JUST springs lol
