Nice. Reminds me of when I had them. My '97 EX came with them. They're stock and should not be painted imo.

Looking good as always cole. Now... go clean your car! :P

Hey, if I'm ever in Houston, I'll have to make sure to meet up with you and clean it up. I don't expect to be down there anytime soon though.

I just washed both cars the other day. 52 degrees out then. We live upstairs, so I didn't carry down warm water with me. If your hands do get really cold from the water though, try filling the bucket up with hot (to muix with cold when you get out) or warm water. That way, even though when you're touching the cooling water on the car you might get a little chilly, once you put your hands back into the bucket you'll warm back up again. =) I used to use that trick when I washed in Delaware.

These mud flaps should help keep the sides a lot cleaner though. Getting tar entirely off of black woudl be a pain in the ass!

the only reason my car still has mudflaps is cause the paint probably faded underneath em. I took that s**t off right before i got my old accord repainted.

And no mudflaps do not keep the side of the car that much cleaner to justify getting them.. Check out my old civic after going to the snow. It had front mudflaps.

On a day to day basis without a shitload of rain or snow, I see no problem with mudflaps. They do keep the dust off yoru car. When you introduce water though, I'd have to disagree.

oem mud flaps are not drop friendly. most people i know took them off due to their drop. it will scrape or get caught up on things like road or curbs..
