well, it doesnt really rain too much here in cali, but when it does rain a few times between november and february, i just rock the rain x. infact i prefer rain x so much that when i had windshield wipers i never used them, so why not go ultra clean with the civic and just remove them :-)

the only reason id put the wipers on would be for snowboarding, sometimes you can get stuck behind a truck and have that brown slush water completely blind your windshield.

this is my first thread on this board. i figured what better way to start than by posting pics of my ride so you know what i am all about to some extent.

in these pics you can actually see that my paint is new and waxed, the silver car belongs to my friend jerome.

heres a close up of the paint when i first got it back before painting and re-installing moldings.
you can see the color pretty well, it sorta looks like granite rock with the metallic in it.

thanks, they are the euro bumpers or better known as the "siR" bumpers.

i saw them on a civic when i was in amsterdam and fell in love.


yeah i painted over dark amethist pearl, i wasn't into having the absolute most common color. honda painted more 96-98 civic hatchbacks DAP than any other color. not to mention my car was already ruined by hail storms and such, and my friend's beautiful 04 cobra stang in dark shadow gray made me fall in love with the color.
