My cars experiencing problems please help!

The tps is adjusted to the best it can be. Any movement to any which way makes the idle go up.

this doesn't make any sense i don't think you're adjusting it properly. if turning it both ways raises the idle than something is probably wrong with your tps...

The motor is an Integra 1.8 gsr vtec with a type r head. I was told I could have got the wrong tps because I got one for a 94 vtec 1.8

tps is the same for b and d series
