exactly. the USDM never marketted an EKx chassis civic for the 6th generation. they were all EJx and EM1.Mr. Lin said:Looks like a USDM EJ6 to me with a b18c1 powerplant.

There are no USDM EKs... d'uh, and that sure as hell doesn't look like a RHD CTR to me.
Its a us car just so used to hearin them being called eks but its NOT a b18c1 engine. It says B18C right on the block. It came from Japan, the shop had it imported. 180 hp stock. Those are pictures of my car before and after where the picture was taken doesnt change that ie houses in background. I can take pictures of the vin# if u dont believe me lol. Its a maco paint job but the engine bay i spraypainted black with 94 cent cans of spraypaint lol. Heres a list of my mods..
JDM b18c Sir engine 180 hp stock w/ OBD 1 JUN spec ECU
Zex stage one cams (slightly modified type R grind)
AEM CAI
Top speed intake manifold
DC sports JDM 4-1 header with 2.5 in collector
2.5 inch test pipe (no cat)
5zigen fireball cat-back exhuast
ACT stage 2 clutch
Transmission is from 2000 civic SI for smaller gears
MSD 6A ignition with Blaster 3 coil
Accel 8mm ignition wires
NGK iridium spark plugs
Fuel pressure regulator and gauge
No AC or PS with 6 oz. dh racing crank pulley, and alternator pulley
Crossdrilled slotted rotors in the from with greenstuff pads
Someone asked About the bars in the bumper, they are a custom touch I did myself. They are 1 1/4 inch aluminum pipes that I simply cut to size. The used a holesaw to make holes in either side of bumper and fit em in.
