Hey Magic8Ball, in case u didint notice the JDM was my former car, the pics I posted are of my new Civic is a 1998 EK4 selled in here as the VTi (same as in some EDM), i comes LHD from factory...........

But now that u mention that......
My old civic was a real JDM honda civic VTi (D15B 3 stage vtec engine) but due to import laws in my country the cars MUST be changed to LHD....thats why...... Thats why we have in here LHD CTRs, and Some LHD Skylines, it sounds weird, but make our authorities undertsand....kind of difficult.

Im sure its an irony, but the reson is that here in Peru (south america) isn´t legal to dirve a car with the drivers side oin the right, so theres the possibility to buy this cars in Japan and make a change in the drivers side. This takes place in special garages and companies that are 100% dedicates to these convertions, and thay have to go through all kind of inspections so they can finally be used. All parts that involve steering, are specific for the model and for left side dirving.
