-be sure to get good tires if you get the rims, like 205/55/15's

-and for something cheap id say go for a short ram, not much over $150 for a good one(a little bit of hp and a nice sound)

-and lose the fog lights and rims.... sry but ugh...

screw short ram im gonna go for the aem cai
i think it will give me mor preformance and the V1 is $160 not much more than the reg short ram you are talkin bout
and the fog lamps aren't just for style the lighting in the car sux i can't see s**t infront of me and i can't afford projectors right now ive got too much other things i need to get before i get new lamps
btw thanks for the tip about the tires , do you know what brand would be best for not only racing but for every day all weather use?
