Well Christmas was a serious setback. But I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to progress on this thing. I bought an FN 5.7, which due to the current political, have seriously gone up in price. I'm also getting a Benelli M4. I don't buy into the little assault rifle band wagon. Those rounds are best at killing rabbits. I just want to get the guns I've wanted before I can't get them. It's a south kind of thing, not some backwoods uneducated hillbilly.
Anyways for the car I was going to surprise you guys. I just bought some brand new jdm eg9 Stanley corner lenses, which will arrive sometime in the January/February range. I'm painting some people's cars right now so I don't actually have time to work on mine, that and I don't want to lol. Making money on other's cars kind o trumps mine which is a money burner. I'm also currently looking for some oem Honda fog lights, and some oem vent visors.

But soon progress will be booming.

Well since Nwp4life has lost it's forums I guess I'll only have to post my updates on here. I ordered something small for my sedan but I'm really pleased to have them. Brand new in the box OEM eg9 corner lenses w/ sockets.

Man, those look so much better than my pos knock off markers. Where'd you pick em up?

Ebay. You can get legit parts there quite often. You just have to look for them. They also don't come up all that often.

I've got the same thing on my EG8. Original Stanley corners, but might weren't new (VERY good condition, though). It's funny, I paid about the same as if I'd bought some replacement USDM lenses. And you're right, you CAN find some legit items on Ebay, just have to be patient. Do you already have the Ferio rear door window garnish? It's been a while since I looked over your older posts

Nah I don't have the rear door garnishes, and since I can't get them new I will just tough it out with my factory ones.

Fn Herstal Five SeveN and a Benelli M4 lol. That's where my car cash went to but I'm back on this car. I really want to see her done early Spring. I have a little info about some of the parts I just ordered if you would like to do the same.

For all those people who love Mugen parts, you can actually pick up a few things at your local dealer or better yet just buy them from Majestic Honda. I know many of you have seen the spherical Mugen shift knobs and the Mugen pedal covers. Turns out they aren't as much as people sell them for brand new. I'll offer up the part numbers if anyone wants to buy them and save some time and trouble.

Mugen pedal cover kit (manual) part # 46545-xtk-900 $134.73
Mugen 5 speed aluminum spherical shift knob part # 54102-xtk-000 $87.93

I'll also be buying the Mugen factory oil cap which I couldn't justify just yet but It's only $62.

So soon the parts will be rolling in as I intend to finish this thing some time in the Spring.
