Ha ha i know what you mean. The exhaust actually just got fixed today. Whoever owned it before ran it straight underneath the fuel tank and so i put it back in the factory position and it runs straight out instead of a slant now. It had 1 1/2 pipe and i put on 2 1/2 now.

The cluster is also being replaced. The instrument lights dont work and i want stock face gauges from an si. Also i am getting rid of the shift boot and putting in a black one tomorrow.

Theres a lot of small things that need to be done to make it half way decent. I pretty much bought a car that had some issues and im tryin to get them fixed. Money has def been an issue as far as getting things done but im getting along. Its probably gonna be a while before it really starts looking good. Anybody have any advice for stuff to do to the car?

damn! that's a huge exhaust & it sticks out a lot. Minor detail u can do like front lip and the grill.

haha ya its kind of a bad angle but it actually lines up with the bumper. It is a 4" muffler biut what size would you prefer on it? Im gonna try and raise it up a little so it dont look like its hanging. Ya def, front lip and grill would be nice. It would look a hell of a lot better with the lip especially. It just looks to plaine jane right now.

my suggestion would be to just buy a cheap stock-ish axelback and get rid of that fart can.

I dont know much about axlebacks. Ive only heard of them. What are they like compared to the muffler i have?

well i dont know exactly what your exhaust system looks like. but my guess would be that that muffler is an axelback... its hard to tell.. anyways, if it is an axel back you could take it off and bolt on a stock axelback system, or aftermarket such as Apexi World Sport II, they look and sound really nice

the 4" aint that bad. It' just the tip that stick out a little too much. stock EX is super small. the stock SI(the one I have) is about 2"-2.5" with chrome tip. Look just like this on my car LINK.

I like the si muffler, it looks way better. like you said 4" isnt bad but id like something a little different. Thats all ive ever had on my cars were 4 besides my 3000gt. It had a dual catback borla exhaust with 3" tips.

i heard u can put RSX type S stock exhaust on a civic. it's 'bout 3"-3.25" with the chrome tip (nicer IMO).
