My new project car (FC3S) convertible

1991 FC3S chassis has 140XXX on it, engine has 60XXX, asside from teh body damage, the car is mechanically and structurally sound (all the chassis is totally fine)

picked up for the grand total of 500!!!!!!!!

i'm going to get it on friday, pics will come

yeah its a stock 13b with 60XXX on it, passed the comp test with flying colors have the entire mechanics report on me

and ill be staying with honda technically, just selling my civic and building a ITR

the fenders door and bumper are pretty much mangled (door less so)

its frackin impossible to find oem parts, but i dont want a BK.

you asked a question and i gave you my input. im sure you could find something better to do with $500 than buying a 17 year old haggled (yes, i think i just made up a word, but you know what it means) FC3S convertible.

well here is the thing, i took off all of hte bodypanels and too my f**king amazement, almost all of the mounting points were intact, and the chassis wasnt bent at all.

seriously though, should i try to find oem knockoffs, or idk BK, neither sounds good, but the real OEM parts are insanely hard to find

i guess since this is a real sports car (yeah yeah its not turbo, but it aint a civic, and wasnt marketed as a DD) is a BK accepetable? i found some s**t that looks close to a lipped oem, and even a 3rd Gen front end conversion, help?

the problem with alot of none oem body parts (or parts in general) is they arent as likely to fit as good as they should. i would never do a body kit on any car. in which case, i would not buy such a car that is so hard to find oem panels.

well its mainly the fenders and front bumper, the door is salvageable.

Maybe just leave it mangled and make it a AutoX/w/e car?

i found an oem front bumper for 65, its mainly the skirts
