also guys, a quick question. if i remote my stock keyless entery (factory radio), i head that there is a code in it and my car won't start anymore? any truth to that?

ive never heard that before. if you remove your radio keyless entry wont work. never heard of it killing your car before.

i love my compustar alarm (2wss-r), what are the features of the viper alarm?

I don't know either. I actually started this thread in 6th gen coz I am installing it on my 6th gen civic. one of the mods moved it. jezek then told me that once i have the alarm installed, it will be moved back to the 6th gen civic section. clueless.

the alarm has active/passive arming, and keyless entry. that is why i want to remove my stock radio. it does not have remote start. window rolling up and down can be programmed.
