I am a pawn broker hehe.
I have updated pics from this past weekend but I'm lazy. I have trenches dug out for all the piping. That wall was taken down.

I took pics but I'm lazy lol. All the piping is in, The reinforcement bars are in the spa, I have yet to get them around the rest of the pool. The gunite will sprayed this friday. PG&E finally installed the meter and my shop officially has power! Blah blah blah have a great day.

There were wooden 2x4 in the seams, stupid. So we're gonna fill em up.
Tiles are up.
Spa actually has twice as many jets.
Deck guys f'd up. Everything in the step down deck was suppose to be stamped. They were too slow. Wasted a lot of money on it. Main guy flew back down to LA. I'm going to sue him
My water slide! Cost as much as a hatchback lol.
Bricks for my fence.
Front yard.
Damages for the step down deck, lazy to explain everything that was messed up.
Step was too high so I jack'd most of it.
Repairs, tiles are freaking expensive so ima just pour over everything.
West deck, it was suppose to be poured on Tuesday, July 17th! They didn't have any trucks available so it won't be poured till Saturday, July 21st.
Ahhh Photobucket is having site difficulties. I'll upload the rest some other time and no the pool and fence are not done yet.
Oh and the purpose of the step down deck is so you could be eye level with the swimmers in the pool. There will be a sink + BBQ set, and fire place table down there. I have pics of em but you're going to have to wait.

iPhone pic, had a party. I poured the floor of the step down deck the next day lol.
The front yard fence is near complete. As for the pool, I still need to finish the waterfall and add a bridge over the pool. Right now, I'm just working on the step down deck. My car? I'm working on the rear suspension.
Oh, the spa light doesn't work. Everything else does. I need to fix that soon. The propane isn't hooked up yet so the spa is still cold but the jets work. The deck still needs to be sealed.
