Well the color is made of several other toners. It is mixed to a factory specification. Pretty much anyone could mix paint with the right knowledge and a steady hand. You just add the correct amount of one color, and then go on to the next color. They are mixed by weight on a fine scale.

can you buy it pre-mixed? Like Roma Red. R94-7 ibelieve is the color code, can one just buy a bucket of that?

Go to a local jobber, they can mix it in whatever brand they sell. Example: PPG, Dupont, etc. You tell them what you want, they mix it, you buy it. It's that simple. You can buy as much as you want.
