That's usually normal I guess. My car is extremely bouncy being 3 inches from the ground. There's less play in the amount the car can go up and down when driving, so you feel all the bumps and the car feels unstable, but in reality, it's more stable.

i live in pa also, and if you want it for winter. All that your doing will make this car perform poorly in winter. Lowering, lip are bad idea with snow, and 16's, those tires wont do to well in snow. They tend to be more performance tires with not enough tread. Just giving you a heads up, it wont like snow. i still say go for it though lol i am
