I drilled out the back of the housing first with a Uni-Bit (a stepped drill bit that goes from small to large) then I used a small bit to drill the back of the reflector since it's on an angle. After that I just drilled it out to the size that I needed.

I'm sure they've got something close to that color...just head over to your local fabric store and pick something you like.

I have ultrasuede fabric aka Alcantara, which is what Recaro uses on their JDM seats. If you want some of the fabric let me know and I'll sell you some. I did my console cover in it and it looks awesome.
