My WRX.......

Heres a few shots of my WRX that Connie took on our way and at the Dells a few weeks ago.
Couple of things,
1, yes, i know you may think it needs a drop, but I dont.
2, yes, some shots, its dirty as hell. I took it off road, if it was lowered, I wouldnt have been able to.
3, only 2 mods, HKS hi power cat back, and Rally armor flaps.
I do have tanabe springs and H&R camber bolts sitting. Right now im struggling with if I want to put them in or not. I like the rally ride height....

stickers make it more aggresive looking? and as far as bronze wheels, everyone and their mother put bronze wheels on. not everyone has flat black...

most rally cars(depending on how theyre setup) are higher in the front to absorb the hit of jumps. now i know im not jumping my car, but again, i like the look.

its kinda a ways off, but july 13th is the next DD in milwaukee (i dont suppose you want to drive to MN) you should come, bring a helmet too and ride along while i f**k my s**t up.

otherwise there is streetfest, which is a huge car show/track day thing at USAIR in shawano. thats on june 14th. there is an auto'x lapping day, drift demo, car show, babes, rides, beers and what not if you want to come.

and as far as the side skirts, now that the wheels are black, the side skirts look better black.


i think alot of people are kind of missing the point of this car.
i dont see it as a street car really, atleast for now. i'll probably rally cross it before i'd ever auto cross it. so painting it, lowering it, etc. would kinda defeat the purpose. well, not kinda, it would defeat the purpose.

On a somewhat related note, I remember this middle aged bastard who had a brand new vette was making fun of this guy's STi and telling him how slow it was compared to his vette. Well they raced, and the guy with the vette even jumped the gun and got a slight lead... The STi still smoked his ass. It was a great victory. I've always liked the WRXs, but since that day i've had a great respect for them.
