Does turning the AC on or off change the idle? If so check to make sure your AC condenser fan is coming on. If in doubt put 12v straight to the terminals to check the fan, and put a volt meter on the plug from the car. it should read 14v when the fan turns on. I changed my fan motor and no more low idle problems.
