You should leave it completely stock, and when you find a good deal on a 5 speed ex of the same year, sell this one for $4500, buy the other one for $3000; then you would have $1500 to spend on a swap or what not. If not, I would drop it on some wheels. Looks like it's in really good condition as of right now.

That's in great shape. Just keep things simple and clean. I'd get some OEM fogs, some SI wheels, a decent drop, and maybe some 5000 or 6000K HID's.
