New EG Hatch (Si) Owner!!!

Hello Club Civic! Recently I was in need of a new daily driver, and it so happened to be my friend was selling his 1992 Civic Si. The exterior wasn't the prettiest, but the motor runs super smooth, and the interior is pretty much immaculate for a car that is more then two decades old.

I don't have many plans for the car since it is my daily driver. I'm going to buy new side view mirrors, fix the radio, and possibly plasti dip it with a clear just to clean the exterior up. I want to get new rims also, but I don't want to go crazy.

But overall I really enjoy the car. The engine is very smooth like I said and it's a blast to drive in my city, and through corners and curves. I like being able to shift gears again. Nothing wrong with a twin clutch transmission, but in the city when speeds don't go above 30mph the twin clutch transmission in my GTR gets a little cumbersome since it's built for the track. So I like the Civic. But just wanted to introduce myself to you guys, and hopefully learn and make my Civic a little nicer!

Haha. But once you get it in the twisties or where you can open it up it turns into "godzilla". Also helps it's has full bolt ons.

:welcome: man!

That's a sexy car you got there!

I mean the Civic, of course

I bet that GTR is some insane fun though! Civic looks pretty good too! Much better than 95% of 5th gens up here that's for sure.

Enjoy your stay

I was wondering if anyone can help me. My driver side rear brake light went out, I went to change it, but the light bulb was like corroded in there to the point it's impossible to get out. Can anyone point me in the direction of the brake light pig tail?

Thanks

Nice cars! Welcome to the site!

I would post up a technical thread for your question. A lot of the more technical oriented users don't come over here often.
