This is my philosophy in life....

There are not very many hatches around...so we have to spare the ones we have. Since you have decided to nastify a perfectly good hatch...you don't deserve to drive it...you should buy a volvo instead.

Engine swap in the works looks like mid to end of summer *crosses fingers* turbo this fall... then next summer sending it out to cali to get sleeved....

after that 24.4 psi turbo upgrade and 100 shot of nitrous on my fully built b20 cr-vtec.

goal: 500+ hp
attainable: with enough $

Huh... im just trying to make a point that appearences can be deceiving.

I used to drive a 1971 340 v8 plymouth duster, about 385 hp before the spray...

came up to a light when i lived in california... and a geo metro was revving on me... so i was like "alright we go now" ....

next light i realized he got there b4 me.... his little econo-mobile was pushing almost 250 hp and he kicked the crap outa me.... wasnt expecting the 3cyl POS to actually win... who would? ...

point to the story: what i didnt know is he had a twin turbo v6 with nitrous under his hood... and as far as i knew it was a stock 3cyl econ version with exhaust and intake...

I can have my "ricer-mobile" and my "gay crv swap" and i'll be happy because it is what i want...

the true definition of a "ricer" is someone who puts a bunch of neon and stickers on their car... but yet only has the common I/H/E upgrades IF THAT...

I plan for a full swap with sleeves, turbo, nitrous, etc...
so call me a ricer, call me a n00b, call me whatever the hell you want, not gonna offend me at all... especially when *YOU'RE* the one who's gonna be in my rearview mirror.

There are many things in life taken for granted... ricers (or at least ones who LOOK like ricers) are one of those things... why not take advantage of everyone's ignorance and use that against them? Same reason i wont be putting my "performance stickers" on my car.
