whoever installed the washer and put the drain hose in wrong is at fault. so they will have to pay for that damage. i work at lowes and thats how it is for us. if we f**k something up we pay for it. or lowes does that is. if its a reputable company they should take care of it. especially if you spent 4k on s**t from them.
