Thank's a lot... just two more questions before I try it again. What kind of board did you use? I know you said thin enough to bend but what'd you use and how thin is it? Also what did you use to get the carpet to stay on the board. I used upholstry tacs but they'd be too long to use on any thinner of board (I used pretty thick plywood) Thanks again man. By the way I love the new drop. It looks sick

i think i used like a 1/4 inch wood. Very flimsy but does the job.. I Used 3M spray glue for the top

and I attached thick pieces of wood too the bottom using screws.. The i staple guned the under side of the carpet to the thinck pieces of wood.
