Its definitely rice, and the fact that you say "I love the fast and furious look" makes you impossible to respect...

Its your car though and if you are 18 [idk if you are] than you'll realize how stupid you look driving around with it.

Ricers say they want to be UNIQUE but really.... I have yet to seen a cleanly done civic in my town. Body kits/spoilers/fart cans are everywhere. Online on these forums most people are a little bit more educated and have grown out of the ricer stage.

Keep your stock bumpers in tha garage lol when my car came with a full body kit i took it off and traded straight up for stock bumpers and was stoked to get my car looking decent again
