I've got a question for you guys. My Dad was talking to this guy about my car awhile back when I first bought it and this guy said something about the timing belt going around 100,000 km's. Have any of your heard of this before? My Dad keeps bugging me to get it changed. Thought Id ask around before spending money to get it done if it doesnt need to be.
if it hasn't been changed, then I would get that done. it is recommended to get them replaced at around that many miles.

*edit* or in your case, kilometers :D

Yea with the SIR lip, I'm mostly going for the simple and "clean" look. Haha. I checked out the rims the other night and they aren't bad. I think I'll put them on my car first to see how they look then decide if I want them. They are 17's and I got lots of people telling me that I should go with 16's. They also come with brand new rubber. I also hear that the Tein are a really nice ride.

:D its highly recommended at around 100k.also remember if you do that to change your water pump.youll sursprise that lots of people dont and regret it late cause they end up paying double for the job.why u ask??cause once you change timming belt it get very tight on the pulley of the water pump and end up messing up the water pump.that why you should do both.i highly recommede myself.at the end you see a big difference on your car.ill run a whole lot better.
damn im spelling words wrong.its cause she a girl.heheh. "surprise""later" those were the words i missed spell.heheh sorry.

Oh alright. It's just that these rims Im getting for free are 17's. Don't think I've got the money at the moment to put rims on my car. Damnit. I just called my Honda dealership, $405 for labour and parts on the water pump and timing belt.

$405 isn't too bad, not for a factory done job (and who else would you rather have do it??) that is the one thing i'll let honda do to my car because id prob mess sumthing up, and yea free is free i'd take em too, just if you buy em go 16's

Yea it isn't bad at all. I asked my Dad to do it for me, but he's never worked on a Honda before. I've also heard that doing the timing belt is kinda hard. I'd rather just pay someone to do then possibly messing something up. I think the intake was easy to put on though. Haha.
